Scalar i7 RAPTOR: Finding the Product Serial Number

A single Serial Number is used to document the complete Scalar i7 RAPTOR tape library and all of its internal components. The serial number is assigned to the library during manufacturing and follows it throughout its service life.

The Scalar i7 RAPTOR is assigned a single, standard Quantum-14 serial number, which will be required when opening a case.

The serial number can be found via the local and remote user interfaces:

• Remote UI: The serial number is located on the System Information panel and on the Licenses Center panel.
• Local UI: The serial number is located on the home screen.
